First, select Forgot Password on the login screen and enter your ASARCO email address to check whether you already have an account.

If you do not receive a password-reset email or your email address is not recognized, please contact your ASARCO OIS representative. They will be able to create your account or help you gain access to the system.

Hourly ASARCO employees are automatically created in Copper Core Learning using their ASARCO payroll number.

To access the system, select Update Email/Get Access from the login screen. You will be asked to verify your payroll number and last name, and provide the personal email address you would like to use. If the information matches your employee record, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the setup and access your account.

If your payroll number or last name is not recognized, please contact your OIS representative, who will confirm that you have been enrolled in the system.

Contractors accessing Copper Core Learning for the first time must click Register and complete the self-enrollment form with their name, company, email address, and a password. Once their email address has been verified, they can access the mandatory Site-Specific Training required before entering the site.

Contractors who already have an account can simply sign in using the email address and password they registered with. If they have forgotten their password or are unsure whether they already have an account, they should select Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
